Embedded Metadata VRA

Greg Reser and Joanna Bauman from The Visual Resources Association have written Introduction to Embedded Metadata  to the idea of embedding metadata in visual resources, aimed at the non-profit sector. 

The VRA is doing useful work in the sector, so worth keeping an eye on.
